Finding a reliable, fast, and truly free file converter online is surprisingly hard. Most tools require sign-ups, throttle conversions, add watermarks, or push users into paid plans before they can do anything useful. We designed and built Lumotool as a zero-friction media conversion platform. It handles image, video, and audio files across 24+ formats with no registration and no hidden limits. Smaller files are processed instantly in the browser; heavier media offloads to a lightweight server pipeline — delivering consistent speed and quality at every scale without compromising user privacy.

University students in Sri Lanka face a real struggle finding safe, suitable boarding rooms near their campuses. The market is fragmented across WhatsApp groups, Facebook posts, and word of mouth. Students waste days searching while landlords struggle to find reliable tenants. There was no dedicated, trustworthy platform serving either side of this market.

We designed and built Dorm.lk as a mobile-first accommodation platform for iOS and Android using React Native. The app features map-based search with radius filtering, a landlord listing dashboard, listing verification workflows, in-app messaging between students and landlords, and a saved listings system — giving students a safe, fast way to find their next home away from home.

Their team needed a backend and admin system built around the way a real newsroom works — fast publishing, role-based access, and full control over every piece of content.

We built the complete backend infrastructure and custom admin panel for Vivalanka from scratch. The system includes a rich article editor with scheduling, multi-author management, category and tag taxonomy, image asset management, role-based access control for editors and admins, and a fast publishing pipeline optimised for a high-traffic news environment.
